Job summary

Salesforce in Bellevue is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure value delivery for Signature Success Plan customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, align business and technical goals, and manage customer relationships across senior IT and business leaders.

This Individual Contributor role requires 3–4 years in Customer Success, SaaS, and Marketing/Commerce, with Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud certifications. Office-flexible, in-office at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of industry expertise in Customer Success, SaaS platforms, and Marketing/Commerce operations.
• Certifications: Marketing Cloud (Email Specialist, Engagement Foundations) and Salesforce product certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for delivery of Signature deliverables and renewal/expansion.
• Coordinate all deliverables across the Signature lifecycle and ensure value delivery.
• Build executive-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
• Lead incidents and coordinate cross-functional teams to protect revenue and uptime.
• Monitor adoption and provide tailored release recommendations to maximize platform value.
