Emerson College in Boston is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to lead our paid digital advertising strategy in support of undergraduate and graduate enrollment goals. You will own campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, display, streaming, and retargeting, and collaborate with enrollment teams to optimize landing pages and attribution.
The role requires 3–5 years of experience managing paid digital campaigns and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

The Digital Marketing Associate serves as the lead for digital advertising, audience targeting, conversion optimization, and performance analytics across paid search, paid social, display, streaming, and retargeting campaigns.
The Digital Marketing Associate develops data-informed digital recruitment strategies designed to increase brand awareness, generate prospective student engagement, and drive applications and enrollment outcomes.

Ability to have continuous oral and written communication with colleagues and supervisors is essential. Compensation: $28.25 - $34.70 hourly, commensurate with experience.
