Job description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Analyst who can immediately contribute to performance marketing and CRM execution. Candidates without hands-on campaign experience will not be shortlisted.

1. End-to-end execution of Facebook (Meta) campaigns for clients ad set creation, audience targeting, copy suggestions, creatives, and optimization.
   
2. Set up and optimize Google campaigns, Twitter ads, and WhatsApp CRM flows.
   
3. Use and implement Zoho CRM automation workflows for lead nurturing and tracking.
   
4. Independently manage client accounts with daily updates and marketing decisions.
   
5. Generate campaign performance reports via Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Facebook Analytics etc.
   
6. Support in building and deploying no-code widgets on Wix/WordPress/AI tool platforms for landing pages/websites.
   

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
   
2. Strong experience with Zoho CRM automation, lead journeys, and reporting
   
3. Certified in Meta (Facebook) Ads blueprint or relevant certification must be visible on resume
   
4. Digital marketing certifications
   
5. Strong with MIS reporting, Excel/Sheets, AI tools (like GPT-4 for creatives, content, etc.)
   
6. Ownership-driven, fast learners, and ready to scale with us
