We specialize in branding, strategy, and design solutions that help our clients grow sustainably. We’re currently looking for a proactive, adaptableDigital Marketing Analyst to support a range of marketing and operational functions. This is a growth-focused role ideal for someone early in their career who’s eager to build hands-on experience across digital channels.

Responsibilities

Content & Campaign Support

• Assist in writing, editing, and preparing content for blog posts, email campaigns, newsletters, and social posts
• Adapt copy across platforms while ensuring tone, brand voice, and formatting consistency
• Help organize campaign elements and coordinate with internal team members

Website & Platform Maintenance

• Update content on Shopify and WordPress sites using pre-built themes and basic HTML/CSS
• Upload graphics, troubleshoot layout issues, and ensure pages remain accurate and current

Social Media Coordination

• Schedule and publish posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
• Track post performance and prepare weekly engagement summaries
• Flag content opportunities and support engagement strategies

Email Marketing & CRM

• Create and schedule emails in platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and Zoho Marketing Plus
• Maintain organized contact lists and ensure workflows run smoothly
• Update CRM records and assist with segmentation tasks

Analytics & SEO Assistance

• Reference Semrush and Google Analytics to gather basic performance insights
• Help compile reports and visual summaries for internal reviews
• Use tools like Canva, Jasper, and ChatGPT to support visual and copy-based creative tasks

Team Operations

• Support meeting scheduling, task tracking, and project updates
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure deliverables stay on schedule
• Assist with day-to-day marketing operations as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify, WordPress, and basic HTML/CSS
• Familiarity with Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Canva, and Zoho CRM
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong time management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
• Exposure to video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut)
• Experience using AI tools for content or design tasks
• Background working in fast-paced environments
• Type: Part-time
• Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
• Location: Remote/Hybrid with optional on-call work in North York (up to 2 days/week)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
