About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-curious Digital Marketing Specialist to support our Organic Search (SEO) and Paid Marketing strategies. This role focuses on increasing our visibility through SEO and local search, working closely with our SEO and paid media teams to execute, analyze, and optimize campaigns that deliver real business results. You will own projects from conception to execution, analyze performance data, and collaborate across teams to enhance our SEO, content, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze site and technical performance using SEO tools; create reports and recommend actions to stakeholders.
  • Develop research briefs with SEO strategies and collaborate on content and marketing initiatives.
  • Perform competitive analysis and translate insights into actionable projects.
  • Conduct deep dives into data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Perform keyword research to identify content gaps and guide on-page SEO.
  • Collaborate with content and tech teams to create assets that support SEO and branding goals.
  • Support location data accuracy, reputation management, and business listings.
SEM/Paid Media Responsibilities
  • Assist in building, updating, and QA of campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
  • Support A/B testing and landing page improvements.
  • Identify keyword overlaps and align messaging across channels.
  • Maintain campaign tracking and hygiene.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years in digital marketing, with experience in SEO and local SEO preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, content optimization, and keyword strategies.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experienced with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Google Ads.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Effective communicator and team collaborator.
  • Organized, adaptable, and proactive in fast-paced environments.
