Purpose: Supports the digital marketing strategy by implementing programs and tactics to increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to the company website, and promote an online presence. Utilizes search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to increase traffic to the website and social media. Develops, curates, and deploys compelling content to attract, engage and retain visitors and promote sales. Prepares and launches social media, email, and other digital marketing campaigns. Collects and analyzes online statistics to identify marketplace trends and best practices to optimize online marketing performance. Essential Functions

Digital Marketing Content Creation (45%):

  • Create engaging social media posts tailored to platform best practices and brand guidelines.
  • Develop and write content for marketing emails, including subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action.
  • Write and edit LinkedIn articles and website content optimized for SEO and audience engagement.
  • Design or coordinate the creation of assets for digital content, such as graphics, images, and videos.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with strategic goals and brand voice.
  • Maintain a consistent publishing schedule across digital channels, including social media and email.
  • Ensure all content is reviewed, proofed, and approved prior to distribution.

Digital Marketing Analysis (25%):

  • Monitor and interpret campaign performance across digital channels (social, email, paid media, etc.).
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and gaps by tracking key KPIs like conversions, engagement, and ROI.
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and regular performance reports.
  • Conduct analysis to determine the effectiveness of different channels and content types.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content and campaign performance with business strategies and objectives.

Website Management & Analytics (20%):

  • Analyze user behavior on the website using tools like Google Analytics/GA4
  • Track site performance and provide recommendations to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Monitor SEO performance and suggest on-page optimizations based on keyword data and search trends.
  • Conduct A/B tests on web elements (headlines, CTAs, page layout) and report on outcomes.
  • Support content updates by providing performance feedback and content structure recommendations.

Competitive Research (10%):

  • Monitor competitor digital activity across websites, social media, email, and paid campaigns.
  • Identify content strategies and formats used successfully by competitors.
  • Benchmark performance metrics against industry standards to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights on emerging trends, new tools, and innovative tactics used by competitors.
  • Summarize competitive findings to inform digital marketing strategies and campaign development.

Position Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Digital Analytics required

Experience:2-4 years of experience preferred

Computer Skills: Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Salesforce, Adobe Suite, Excel or other data visualization tools, WordPress, and SharePoint preferred.

Other Requirements: Must also demonstrate proficiency in SEO and SEM strategies. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and training skills. Must be able to quickly learn new skills, work effectively under pressure, exercise soundjudgment, and maintain confidentiality.
