Job summary

TransUnion LLC in the United States is seeking an Imaging Services Clerk to digitize written Customer/Consumer correspondence. The role requires on-site presence and a strict 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Mon-Fri schedule, with strict confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include receiving, preparing, sorting, scanning, and batching documents, while meeting monthly efficiency and quality targets.

Responsibilities

• Digitize written customer/consumer correspondence by receiving, prepping, categorizing and scanning all documents.
• Open, prepare, sort, read, review, count, scan and batch incoming mail and other documents (contracts, legal communications, law enforcement reports).
• Meet or exceed efficiency, production and quality standards each month and follow procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and management.
• Share office equipment including scanners and workstations and ensure it is cleaned up after use.
• Relay production concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Work on special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.
• Maintain extreme confidentiality in all matters relating to the position.
