Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers technology training for agency systems and tools.
• Facilitates training sessions in-person and virtual environments.
• Designs and maintains technology curricula and e-learning content.
• Supports onboarding, including system orientation and training resources.
• Provides first-line technical assistance and end-user support; escalates as needed.
• Maintains user manuals, FAQs, and training materials.
• Collaborates with IS&T and DSS program areas to identify training needs.
