• Delivers and picks up equipment for repair at vendor sites.
• Troubleshoots computer equipment, peripherals, software, and network access.
• Assists with installation of new hardware/software and network connections.
• Participates in help desk ticket support and coordination.
• Sets up AV equipment for programs and meetings as needed.
