Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager-level professional in the United States to lead digital laboratory transformation initiatives, spanning scientific informatics, data, automation, and AI. You will manage cross-functional teams, shape client roadmaps, and deliver measurable outcomes across R&D and QC manufacturing spaces.

The role requires 6+ years in scientific informatics or related fields, a Life Science or CS/Engineering degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science or Computer Science or Engineering
• 6+ years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics, within R&D and/or QC Manufacturing spaces
• Preferred: 2+ years of consulting experience
• Experience in life sciences R&D, QC, or IT
• Exceptional interpersonal and both verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Shape digital laboratory transformation initiatives spanning scientific informatics, data, automation, and AI to deliver measurable client impact
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of engagements including solution design, estimates, scope, and execution
• Drive program outcomes aligned to defined goals and value realization
• Articulate business value and outcomes generated by solutions and manage delivery risks
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor to Directors and Senior Directors
• Travel up to 50% to client locations

Education

Bachelors degree in Life/ Laboratory Science or CS/ Engineering

6+ years in scientific/laboratory informatics
