The Laboratory Reinvention practice focuses on Digital and AI transformations for scientific data and lab operations, leveraging Agentic Lab capabilities, LIMS, ELN, CDS, and IoT.

Travel up to 50% is expected. As a Consultant, you will craft strategies, roadmaps, and value cases for clients, applying design thinking and management consulting to redesign the scientific user

Responsibilities

• Deliver differentiated strategies, roadmaps, value cases for digital laboratory operations and scientific intelligence.
• Apply management consulting and design-thinking on the redesign of the scientific user experience.
• Shape transformation vision, focus areas, and journey to a to-be enterprise environment.
• Reimagine and plan how AI reshapes the laboratory landscape.
• Redesign processes and operating models for data-driven business cases.
• Advise on data and system architectures for laboratory solutions.
• Create digital laboratory thought leadership for clients across Life Sciences.
• Collaborate with client leaders to gain alignment on recommended solutions.
• Oversee, design, and implement digital solutions such as Agentic Lab Capabilities, LIMS, ELN, CDS, SDMS, IoT and cloud.
• Help clients better capture, integrate and analyze complex scientific data.
• Travel up to 50% to client locations
