Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager to lead digital laboratory transformation initiatives, spanning scientific informatics, data, automation, and AI, delivering measurable client impact.

You will manage cross‑functional teams, oversee engagements end‑to‑end, and champion value realization while guiding business development and client relationships. Will travel up to 50% to client sites across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in scientific and laboratory informatics (R&D or QC manufacturing).
• Experience in consulting is preferred (2+ years).
• Exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver digital laboratory transformation initiatives.
• Shape lab transformation programs spanning informatics, data, automation, and AI to drive measurable client impact.
• Oversee end‑to‑end engagements including design, estimates, scope, and delivery.
• Articulate business value and maintain client relationships as trusted advisor to Directors.
• Support business development and pursuit execution, building expertise in lab operations and trends.
