Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Consultant for its Laboratory Reinvention practice in the United States. You will blend management consulting with scientific informatics to redesign laboratory experiences using AI, data, and cloud technologies.

You will work on AI-enabled laboratory transformations, collaborate with life sciences clients, and travel up to 50% to client locations across sites and remote engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in scientific and laboratory informatics in R&D and/or QC Manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Laboratory Science/Life Science or Computer Science/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategies, roadmaps, and value cases for digital laboratory operations.
• Apply management consulting and design-thinking to redesign the scientific user experience.
• Shape transformation vision and journey from current state to to-be enterprise.
• Reimagine how AI reshapes the laboratory landscape and data workflows.
• Redesign processes and operating models for data-driven business cases.
• Advise on data and system architectures for laboratory solutions.
• Create digital laboratory thought leadership for Life Sciences clients.
• Collaborate with client leaders to align on recommended solutions.
• Oversee and implement digital solutions (LIMS, ELN, CDS, SDMS, IoT, cloud).
• Travel up to 50% to client locations.
