Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an experienced Digital IT Program Manager to lead programs across the Digital Technology portfolio in Orlando.

You will guide multiple projects of medium to high complexity, mentor PMs, and align with Delivery, Product and Engineering teams to scale the digital operating model and AI initiatives. Responsibilities include governance, budgeting, and risk management, plus facilitating executive reviews and ensuring change management, learning, and development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related discipline or equivalent.
• Project Management certification or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills suitable for executive presentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program communications to business and IT leadership and sponsors.
• Lead program budgeting, scheduling, and resource utilization.
• Manage risks, issues, and changes using PMO processes.
• Support the implementation of the digital operating model and AI initiatives.
