Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; IT/technical degree preferred.
• 5+ years as Senior/Program Manager or equivalent.
• PMP and CSM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, budgets and timelines.
• Oversee program execution and coordination across initiatives.
• Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies; escalate blockers.
• Communicate program status and health metrics to stakeholders.
• Facilitate inter-team collaboration and scrum ceremonies as needed.
• Support EH&S responsibilities per policy.
