Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Orlando, FL seeks a Digital IT Program Manager to lead programs and portfolios within the Digital Technology group, guiding multiple projects of medium to high complexity and mentoring project managers.

You will collaborate with Delivery, Product and Engineering to implement the digital operating model and scale AI initiatives. Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, risks, vendor relations, and driving organizational change and adoption of new ways of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent.
• PM certification or equivalent experience in leading programs.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, negotiation and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to executive leadership.
• Experience leading PMOs, steering committees and large cross-functional programs.
• Proven track record in managing program-level budgets, schedules, scope and risks.
• Experience with procurement management and vendor relationships.
• 10+ years in project/program management with team development experience.
• 7+ years IT capacity across applications, databases and networks.
• 1+ years of Agile project experience; digital portfolio and AI initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee communication to business and IT leadership, sponsors, and teams; lead reviews and audits.
• Lead program and project financial management, expenditures and vendor relations.
• Manage risks, issues and changes; act as escalation path for program managers.
• Improve PMO operations, scheduling standards and road-mapping for IT practices.
• Direct transformation initiatives to scale the digital operating model and AI-enabled initiatives.
