Qualifications

• 7+ years of Program Management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.
• Experience managing large, cross-functional programs across multiple business units.
• Strong facilitation and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, cross-functional programs involving multiple teams and executive stakeholders.
• Drive programs from planning through delivery, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, governance, and issue resolution.
• Build relationships across Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, and Operations.
• Prepare executive-level status reports, presentations, dashboards, and leadership communications.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and overall program health.
• Support KPI definition, value realization, outcome measurement, and business-value reporting.
• Establish scalable program management processes, governance, and best practices.
• Adapt to changing priorities and own ambiguous, fast-moving initiatives.
• Influence teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
