Job summary

Wilmington Trust is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the IS Global PMO in planning, executing, and reporting on major initiatives within a digital transformation program. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business and technology strategies while driving efficiency across finance, governance, and communications.

The role requires 10+ years of PM experience or 14 years combined education/work, with strong MS Project, Excel, Teams, and Power Platform

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of proven project management experience, or 14 years combined education/work experience with 10 years PM experience.
Proficiency in MS Suite (Excel, Project, Teams) and Power Platform.
Experience leading Agile initiatives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing technology-driven programs across Institutional Services functions and products.
Coordinate portfolio, program, and project management activities to align with tech strategy and business objectives.
Track program performance metrics, OKRs, and KPIs to ensure strategic alignment.
Maintain dashboards to provide insights on capacity planning, vendor performance, and financial forecasting.
Engage stakeholders and act as liaison between Product and Tech teams.
Understand and adhere to risk, regulatory standards, and internal controls.
