Aon is seeking a Digital Infrastructure Power Leader in the US to build and lead our market strategy at the intersection of digital infrastructure, power, risk, and capital. This hybrid role requires collaboration with data center operators, utilities, investors, and lenders to drive revenue growth.

The leader will serve as the primary SME on power availability, resilience, renewable integration, project finance, and risk transfer, while expanding Aon's presence in AI-powered infrastructure

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in power, energy, or related advisory roles.
• Experience with data centers, utilities, or energy infrastructure projects.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Market Growth by shaping a national Digital Infrastructure Power strategy.
• Develop executive relationships with data center operators, developers, utilities, investors and lenders.
• Build a sustainable pipeline of advisory, analytics, capital, and risk transfer opportunities.
• Establish Aon as a recognized thought leader in power and digital infrastructure.
• Advise clients on data center energy strategies, grid reliability, onsite generation, and renewable integration.
• Develop innovative solutions across Power & Renewables, Digital Infrastructure, and Capital Advisory teams.
