Job summary

D.R. Horton is seeking an Online Sales Concierge in California to convert internet leads into onsite traffic and sales. The role focuses on managing internet leads, coordinating with onsite Sales Representatives, and producing regular sales reports.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Office. Primary duties include lead qualification, maintaining CRM data, and generating new opportunities via calls, emails, and mail while supporting the sales team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and/or 1–3 years of related experience and/or training.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and email.
• Sits for majority of an 8-hour workday with standard vision requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies.
• Ensure a positive experience to all potential customers online, via live chat or phone.
• Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives.
• Enter and update information in a customer management database.
• Qualify leads to identify genuine sales opportunities.
• Produce monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis).
• Generate monthly analysis of divisional website traffic and sources.
• Maintain knowledge of communities, product, plans and amenities.
• Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads via telephone, email and mail.
• Coordinate mass mailing lists and materials to prospects.
• Conduct business professionally to increase goodwill and company profit.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Overnight travel may be required for training.
