Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking an Online Sales Concierge in Knoxville, TN.

You will engage with prospective buyers via phone, email, chat, and online inquiries to turn leads into appointments and opportunities. This onsite role blends customer service, lead generation, and sales support within a nationally recognized homebuilder. You will manage CRM data, produce sales reports, and stay informed on communities and plans while representing the company professionally.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years related experience or training.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple responsibilities.
Strong organizational and follow-through skills; apply common sense in instructions.
Proficient with MS Office and email; active Real Estate License required in state of employment.

Responsibilities

Manage all incoming internet leads from the company website and outsourced sources.
Ensure a positive experience for online, chat, and phone inquiries.
Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives.
Enter and update information in a customer management database.
Prepare monthly sales and marketing reports and analyze website traffic.
Stay current on communities, products, and amenities; support outreach via calls/emails.
Assist with mass mailings and distribution of materials to prospective clients.
Work overtime as needed and travel minimally for training.
