Job summary

Mattamy Homes seeks an Online New Home Specialist in Orlando, FL to convert online leads into appointments with New Home Counselors. You’ll manage VIP lists, coordinate community events, and support sales teams across several communities, traveling to onsite centers as needed.

Required are strong CRM and MS Office skills, 2+ years in sales/PR, a valid license where required, and the ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales, marketing or PR experience in a service role.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to sales offices and model homes.
• Active real estate license where required by law.
• CRM proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed performance goals for lead response, prospect engagement and sales conversions.
• Manage VIP client lists and coordinate community events.
• Attend sales meetings and provide coverage at multiple onsite communities.
• Communicate division goals with sales and marketing teams and drive prospect traffic.
