Job summary

Mattamy Homes is seeking an experienced onsite New Home Sales professional to drive volume and guide buyers through the entire home buying process. You will qualify leads, build relationships, and coordinate with marketing, Realtor partnerships, and internal teams to create a seamless experience.

The role requires strong communication, a results-driven mindset, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a dynamic residential market across multiple communities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of onsite new home sales experience.
• Ability to meet sales goals and budgets.
• Proven track record of converting leads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow-up on leads, qualify and educate buyers, drive sales volume.
• Develop a community business plan with marketing strategies and Realtor partnerships.
• Educate buyers about community, products, mortgage, construction and closing processes.
• Qualify buyers for their community.
• Communicate, collaborate, and support team across the home buying process.
• Commit to sales goals, attend meetings, and provide follow-up for a seamless experience.
• Achieve customer service performance goals.
• Attend staff and association meetings to stay informed on market conditions.
• Additional duties as discussed.
