Job summary

This role collaborates with senior staff to troubleshoot issues, train end users, and coordinate projects that enhance operational efficiency and patient care through secure data exchange and robust system testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or 2 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant certifications may be required with 90 days after training provided by WVUHS IT.

Responsibilities

• System Maintenance, Updates, and Innovation: diagnose and resolve IT issues; implement and test system updates; participate in testing; optimize system performance.
• Collaborate effectively and communicate with team members and business partners; ensure alignment with project goals.
• Project Coordination: plan scope, deliverables, schedules, milestones; oversee project execution and documentation.
• Training and Education: provide end-user training and develop training materials; assess readiness and ensure proper use of systems.
• Continuous Learning and Knowledge Development: expand technical knowledge and apply new skills to tasks.
