Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Systems Analyst Epic to support design, build, test, training, deployment, and ongoing support of Epic applications. You will collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable Epic configurations and integrations, ensuring safe patient care and compliant operations.

In this role you will work under guidance, contribute to build and training activities, and help maintain documentation, testing, and release processes within IT Population

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1–3 years of system/application analysis in healthcare IT.
• Experience with Epic applications and knowledge of healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for Epic builds.
• Configure records, master files, and tools per approved design.
• Develop and execute test plans, log defects, and ensure UAT coverage.
• Coordinate releases, environment moves, and post-live support.
• Create training materials and provide end-user training as needed.
