Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in outreach, healthcare, education, or social services is desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one digital navigation and support services.
• Assist with internet access, affordable connectivity programs, and digital tools.
• Deliver digital literacy training through workshops and coaching.
• Assist with online job applications, resumes, and telehealth services.
• Maintain digital learning equipment and coordinate tech support.
• Support outreach and community engagement efforts for programs.
• Develop and distribute educational materials and social media content.
• Coordinate health fairs, trainings, and community events.
• Represent the organization at meetings and public events.
• Track program data, collect outcomes, and assist with grant reporting.
