Responsibilities

• Community‑Based Digital Navigation and Outreach: provide services at various locations, coordinate with staff, assist residents with navigating websites, patient portals, and telehealth tech.
• Community Outreach: participate in events and refer new services to program staff; connect residents with digital resources and partners.
• Educational Sessions: help develop and lead digital skills classes, plan locations with libraries and partners, deliver content with approved materials.
• Potential Topics: basic computer/phone skills, email, online safety, protecting personal information, accessing patient portals and telehealth.
