Midwest Communications, Inc. in Duluth, MN, is seeking a Digital Sales Specialist to support our sales teams in Duluth and Hibbing. You will collaborate with an established team while developing your own client book of business within the communities you serve.

Responsibilities include crafting multi‑platform digital marketing packages, aligning SEM/SEO, social, email, OTT/CTV, and streaming audio with on‑air schedules, tracking ROI, and growing accounts through renewals and upsells.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, advertising, business, or related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and GA4.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients face-to-face, run needs analyses, and present customized proposals.
• Collaborate with sales consultants to build multi- platform marketing strategies (on‑air and digital).
• Build digital packages including SEM/SEO, display ads, social media, email, OTT/CTV, and streaming audio.
• Pair digital campaigns with on-air schedules for multi‑platform reach.
• Track campaign performance metrics and optimize ROI for clients.
• Grow accounts through renewals and upsells and present reports in plain language.
• Serve as the team’s digital expert and train others on digital practices.
