Job summary

APG-Central-Minnesota seeks an experienced Sales Executive to drive digital revenue growth and mentor the local advertising sales team. This leadership role sits on the Central MN Executive Committee and partners with regional heads.

You will manage digital marketing solutions across channels (Website Display, Programmatic, SEM/PPC, Email, Video, CTV-OTT, social) and coach MMAEs to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in digital ad sales and revenue growth.
• Ability to mentor and develop a local sales team.
• Strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital advertising strategy from concept to execution.
• Measure and optimize campaign performance using analytics.
• Harvest new digital business 50% of time in the field; train MMAEs.
• Collaborate with Regional President & VP-Digital on strategy and budgets.
