Nuvision Federal Credit Union seeks a Digital Growth & Sales Specialist to accelerate digital business growth, increase digitally originated member acquisition, product sales, funded accounts, and overall channel adoption.

The role monitors digital deposits, credit cards, loans, HELOCs, and online products, identifying opportunities to improve performance, reduce pending applications, and drive onboarding efficiency across departments.

Qualifications

3–5 years in credit unions or banking, financial services, digital sales, product growth, marketing, or related field.
Experience with deposit, consumer lending, credit card, digital account opening, or online banking products.
Strong sales, growth analytical, communication, presentation, and cross-functional influence skills.
Ability to develop clear business requirements and articulate business value.

Responsibilities

Drive digital sales growth and production. Monitor digitally originated deposits, cards, loans, new memberships and other online products.
Develop and execute digital growth initiatives and campaigns with Marketing and business units.
Identify opportunities to grow deposits, lending, and digital product adoption through data analysis.
Serve as a liaison among Digital Growth, Branches, CRM, Lending, Marketing and other partners.
