Job summary

Family Trust Federal Credit Union in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including website management, marketing automation, SEO coordination, and performance tracking.

You will work closely with Marketing leadership, internal teams, and external partners to drive engagement, conversions, and continuous improvement across channels.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in financial services or credit unions.
• Strong communication, accountability, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day website marketing activities: content updates, promotions, landing pages, CTAs, and site optimization.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across email, website, in-app messaging, and digital ads.
• Collaborate with vendors to execute SEO initiatives aligned with strategy and objectives.
• Monitor website traffic, search performance, user behavior, and conversions to identify opportunities.
• Develop, test, and optimize landing pages, messaging, CTAs, and other digital experiences.
• Build and optimize email campaigns, automated workflows, and lead nurturing programs.
• Develop audience segments using member, prospect, and campaign data to improve personalization.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns ensuring alignment with objectives and strategy.
• Conduct A/B tests on messaging, audiences, timing, and landing pages.
