Job summary

Capital Credit Union is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute member-focused email, direct mail, and digital marketing strategies. You will manage campaign calendars, optimize targeting across channels, and provide insights through data analysis to improve ROI and member engagement.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, create compelling content, and ensure campaigns align with branding and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or an associate degree in Marketing or a business-related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in relatable positions with proven results in digital marketing.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and website management; knowledge of Google Ads and Google Search Console is a plus.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation, including segmentation, deployment, workflow creation, and performance analysis.
• Ability to develop and optimize automated member journeys using data and lifecycle marketing best practices.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills tailored to digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email, direct mail, and digital marketing campaigns with an analytical, target-first approach.
• Manage and optimize email and direct mail calendars in partnership with marketing stakeholders.
• Recommend audience targeting strategies across channels including email, direct mail, paid social, and digital banking.
• Analyze campaign and website performance to drive ROI and conversions.
• Create content and graphics for emails, websites, and print as needed.
• Produce regular performance reports for stakeholders and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate across the organization to align digital marketing with compliance and branding.
