Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services; recommend solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Promote digital products and self-service channels to meet clients' needs.
