Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Part-time Relationship Banker in Kenosha, WI to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels, delivering trusted guidance with a digital-first mindset.

You will build lasting client relationships, assess financial needs, open new consumer and business accounts, process service requests, and educate customers on deposits, loans and self‑service tools. The role requires NMLS registration, plus a background and credit check, with collaboration

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service digital products and services.
