Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through in-person, appointment, and virtual interactions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and assist with service requests and credit applications.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services and recommend solutions.
• Partner with branch team members to deliver exceptional client experiences.
