Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong client relationship abilities and proactive outreach.
• Excellent communication with clients across channels.
• Thorough knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Solid understanding of all retail products and services.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with sales campaigns/promotions.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers through in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels.
• Assess banking needs, obtain and process customer information, and educate on deposit/loan products.
• Open new consumer and business accounts; submit credit applications.
• Engage customers with a digital-first mindset and educate on self-service options.
• Collaborate with branch team to deliver operational excellence and accuracy.
• Adhere to NMLS registration requirements and background/credit checks.
