You will build trust, educate clients on products, and process account openings and service requests while collaborating with branch teams. Ideal candidates have strong relationship skills, retail banking experience, and a proactive approach to customer needs, supported by knowledge of digital self-service tools and sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Experience in sales campaigns/promotions and customer outreach.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers via multiple channels to provide banking guidance.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services.
• Open new accounts and process service requests and credit applications.
• Engage proactively with clients, leveraging digital tools for self-service products.
• Collaborate with branch team to deliver excellent client experiences.
