Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking Relationship Bankers to build strong relationships with customers across in-person, appointment, and digital channels, delivering trusted financial guidance while helping clients achieve their goals.

You will open accounts, process routine transactions, and educate clients on digital tools, collaborating with branch teams to provide excellent service and a smooth customer journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Typically less than four years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• NMLS registration is required under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z, including background and credit checks.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identify banking solutions based on clients' needs and engage with them effectively.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process basic transactions.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service banking options.
• Partner with branch teams to deliver an optimal client experience.
