Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Relationship Banker to build trusted client relationships across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. You will assess banking needs, open accounts, process requests, and recommend solutions aligned with customers' goals, leveraging a digital-first approach.

You will educate clients on products, collaborate with branch teams, and fulfill regulatory requirements, including NMLS registration, with a focus on compliant, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage and educate clients on banking products and services.
• Knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital self-service options.

Responsibilities
