U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build trust-based client relationships across in-person, appointment, and digital channels. You will assess banking needs, explain products, and guide customers to the right solutions while delivering a digital-first experience.

You will also open accounts, process requests, and educate clients on digital self-service tools, all while maintaining strong knowledge of retail products and adherence to policies.

• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
• Advanced knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.
