Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build trusted client relationships across in-person, appointment and digital channels, guiding customers with deposit and loan products and tailored solutions.

You will open new consumer and business accounts, process transactions, educate clients on digital self-service tools, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver an excellent, digital-first client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically five+ years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z; background and credit check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients across in-person, appointment, and digital channels to provide banking guidance and solutions.
• Identify customers' banking needs and recommend deposit and loan products and other services.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process basic transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service tools and partner with branch teams to deliver a superior, digital-first client experience.
