You will open consumer and business accounts, process service requests, educate clients on products, and partner with branch teams to meet each client’s needs. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; typically less than four years of retail banking

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engages and communicates effectively with clients to assess needs.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
