Qualifications

• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engage and communicate effectively with clients to understand needs.
• Educate clients on banking products and services, including digital options.
• Open new accounts and handle basic transactions.
