U.S. Bank in Lawrence, KS is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage clients across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels, helping customers meet financial goals with a digital-first mindset.

You will open new accounts, process transactions, advise on deposit and loan products, and collaborate with branch teammates to deliver an exceptional client experience. NMLS registration and background/credit checks apply.

Formación

• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up (strong interpersonal skills).
• Ability to engage and communicate with clients across channels, including digital tools.
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems; customer service oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Open new consumer and business accounts and complete service requests.
• Provide guidance on deposit and loan products and educate clients on digital banking options.
• Process basic transactions and greet clients to deliver an optimal client experience.
