Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking Relationship Bankers who engage customers across in-person, appointment, and digital channels to provide trusted financial guidance.

You will assess client needs, open consumer and business accounts, process transactions, and educate clients on deposit and loan products while delivering a digital-first experience. You will build lasting relationships through proactive outreach, collaborating with branch teammates, ensuring accuracy and compliance, including NMLS registration

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job‑related, retail banking experience or related training.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self‑service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, processes service requests, and submits credit applications.
• Proactively educates clients on emerging and self‑service digital products and services.
