Job summary

You will assess customers’ banking needs, collect and verify information, and recommend deposit and loan products tailored to goals and circumstances. The role focuses on building lasting client relationships, proactive outreach, and collaboration with branch teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to educate clients on digital products.
• Experience with digital self-service banking products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by engaging with clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services.
