The role focuses on building client relationships, assessing banking needs, opening accounts, and educating customers on digital services while collaborating with branch teammates to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsabilités

• Engage clients across channels to assess and fulfill banking needs.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital banking products and self-service technologies.
• Collaborate with branch team to provide optimal client experience and support.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and complete required NMLS registration and background checks.
