Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on needs by engaging with clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service technologies.
• Leverages available resources to optimize the client experience and service accuracy.
