Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Experience with consumer and business banking products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Provide guidance on deposit and loan products and services, understanding clients' goals.
• Open new accounts and process service requests, while educating clients on digital banking options.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to serve clients with accuracy and efficiency.
