You will open accounts, process requests, educate clients on digital services, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting regulatory requirements, including NMLS registration. U.S.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration is required and a background/credit check will be performed.
• Experience in retail banking and/or customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of digital banking products and services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Obtains and processes customer information and educates on deposit and loan products.
